Not at all! While we specialise in wedding shopping, we also offer a wide range of event wear and fabrics for celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, naming ceremonies, traditional ceremonies, and end-of-year parties.

MEW is an online-based platform that delivers to customers in the UK, Nigeria, and worldwide.

Yes! Many of our vendors provide customization options, including bespoke tailoring, personalized fabrics, and wedding packages. Reach out to us or the vendor directly for more information.

8. Can I order custom-made wedding or event wear?
Yes! MEW specialises in creating custom-made wedding and event outfits. We work with verified vendors to provide attires and accessories that meet your style, colour, and design preferences.

9.Do you cater to bulk purchases for events?
Yes, we cater to bulk purchases for asoebi and guest wear for weddings and events. If you are planning a large event and need matching fabrics, accessories, or outfits, contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your specific needs. Bulk orders also come with special discounts, making it easier for you to plan stress-free.

10. How does the asoebi process work?
It’s simple! Choose your preferred fabric and design, and we’ll handle the logistics, including delivery to you and your asoebi party. We ensure a seamless process by working with verified vendors and partnering with the best logistics providers with various shipping options worldwide.

11. Do you help with colour selection for weddings?
Absolutely! We understand how important it is for both families to synchronise their colour schemes. Our team is happy to guide you in choosing complementary colours that reflect elegance, tradition, and personality.

 

Shipping and Delivery

12. Where do you ship to?
We deliver within the UK, Nigeria, and other parts of the world.

13. How much is shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING within UK and Nigeria on all orders. International shipping fees vary based on the destination and order size.

14. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the type of order.

For in-stock items, UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–10 business days.

Made to Order Items are shipped out after a minimum of 10 business days. Please allow for another 15 business days to receive your item after shipment. If you would prefer to receive your item sooner,  please reach out to us via our "contact us" section, and we will work on providing you with express shipping options. (Express shipping options are liable to extra charges)

Custom-made orders require additional time, and we’ll provide timelines during the order process.

 

Payments and Returns

15. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

16. Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns for eligible items in their original, unused condition within 14 days of purchase. However, return costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and a refund will be processed only after the item is received and inspected.

17. Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

18. Are made-to-order, custom, or personalised orders refundable?
No, made-to-order, custom, or personalised orders are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

19. Are there any hidden charges?
No. All costs, including shipping fees (if applicable), will be disclosed at checkout.
